Italicious is a family-owned Italian kitchen rooted in heritage and driven by passion.
Born from the Fortunato family’s four generations of meat craftsmanship, we create food with memory dishes that carry the knowledge of time and the flavours of this land.
From handmade pasta to home-cured salumi, everything we serve is a tribute to real Italian tradition, made right here in Far North Queensland.
OUR STORY
Italicious was founded by Ignazio Fortunato and Erica Randisi, uniting a century-old family tradition with the bounty of a new land.
After years spent preserving and honouring Italian regional recipes, they brought their knowledge to Trinity Beach to offer something honest, local, and truly Italian.
Today, Italicious is where heritage meets terroir, and every bite tells their story.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Italicious, food is more than flavour it’s a heritage.
Every dish we serve is rooted in tradition and built on respect: for the land, the animal, and the craft.
We work with local ingredients from Far North Queensland, including pork from the Tablelands, and transform them using techniques passed down in the Fortunato family for four generations.
Here, quality means doing things the right way by hand, from scratch, and with soul.
