REFUND POLICY

    Conditions for Refund or Replacement

At Italicious, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law and offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

    •    The product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided.

    •    The issue is reported within the specified timeframes:

    •    Takeaway products: Within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.

    •    Artisanal cured meats or packaged goods: Within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  •     Exclusions:

    •    Refunds or replacements will not be issued for change of mind.

    •    Products that have been consumed, altered, or mishandled after delivery cannot be returned.

    •    For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on takeaway food or cured meats once they have been delivered or collected, as this could pose contamination risks.

How to Request a Refund

If you encounter an issue with your product, please follow these steps:

    •    Email us at trinitybeach@italicious.com.au within the specified timeframes (1 hour for takeaway products, 24 hours for cured meats).

    •    Include the following details:

    •    Full name and contact phone number.

    •    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

    •    A clear description of the issue (fault, damage, or error).

    •    Clear photos of the faulty, damaged, or incorrect product.

Request Review:

    •    We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.

    •    If approved:

    •    A refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    •    If applicable, a free replacement product will be offered.

Exemptions and Food Safety

To ensure food safety and comply with hygiene regulations:

    •    Takeaway products and artisanal cured meats cannot be returned once they have been delivered or collected.

    •    Requests submitted outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted.

    •    We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if sufficient evidence is not provided or if products have been consumed, mishandled, or altered after delivery.
