THE ROOTS OF A NAME

Fortunato is more than a surname. It’s a symbol. It tells the story of our family: the hands, the values, and the time behind every slice of salumi we produce.

It all began in 1967 in Italy, with a young butcher and a stylised calf that became our emblem. Today, that symbol lives again in Trinity Beach, etched into our craft, our memory, and our flavour.

Family Flavours is our promise. Recipes passed down from father to son, ingredients chosen with care, and flavours that taste like home.

We use only locally raised Tablelands pork, processed and cured in-house using traditional methods. No shortcuts. No imports. Just honesty, passion, and artisan skill.
