FORTUNATO SALUMI
Four Generations of Flavour
From the hills of Sicily to the sea breeze of Trinity Beach, our family has been making salumi the same way since 1967: by hand, with patience, and with pride. Every slice carries a memory, a tradition, and the true taste of home.

OUR STORY
More than a name
Our story began in 1967, in a small Sicilian village where making salumi wasn’t a business, but a way of life. Knowledge passed slowly, from hands to eyes, from father to son, always with respect for the land and the rhythm of the seasons.
Today, that same spirit lives on in Trinity Beach. In the hands of Salvatore, our fourth-generation norcino, every salume we make carries this legacy an unbroken line of care, patience, and pride.

SALVATORE FORTUNATO
The Family Norcino
Salvatore grew up watching, listening, and learning the quiet heir to a tradition made of patience and craft. With strength and gentleness, he shapes each cut like a story told in flavour.
No shortcuts. No compromises. Just premium Tablelands pork, natural spices, and time. Through him, Fortunato Salumi lives on every single day.

FAMILY FLAVOURS SINCE 1967
Every salume we make is more than food it’s memory. A reminder of Sunday lunches, voices around the table, and flavours that grow deeper with time.
Our recipes are simple: premium Tablelands pork, natural spices, fresh air, and patience. Never rushed, always respected. Taste it once, and you’ll understand.

The calf emblem as a mark of truth

THE CALF EMBLEM
Our Mark of Origin
In the 1960s, our Papà drew a calf a symbol of honesty, purity, and new beginnings. Today, that emblem lives on, stamped with pride on every salume we make.
It’s our quiet reminder of where we come from, and how deeply we care.
TAKE HOME A PIECE OF OUR STORY
