POLIPO AL VIGNAIOLO - Vineyard Octopus
Flame-grilled octopus served with a thyme-scented potato cake and parsley oil. Inspired by Campania’s coastal countryside, where octopus was traditionally grilled over open fires and shared among vineyards and friends.
