WHAT IS PINSA?
Pinsa was born in Rome, long before pizza.
It came from simple hands and simple ingredients, a mix of wheat, rice, and soy
flours, left to rest for almost two days until the dough came to life.
That’s why it’s so light, crisp and golden on the outside, soft and airy inside, and easy to digest.
It’s honest food, made with patience and love.
Rustic, true, and still baked the same way it has been in Roman bakeries for centuries.
